Handling Multiple Calls on One TalkSM (0:58)
This video will show you how to answer and merge multiple calls on a single mobile device.
With One Talk, you can have up to three active calls on the same line simultaneously.
If a new call comes in while you're already on the line, you can tap the red Ignore button to send it to voicemail or the green Answer button to accept it and put your original call on hold.
All of your current calls are displayed as bubbles at the top of your screen. Tapping the End Call button will disconnect the currently active call.
To merge calls for a group conversation, just drag a call on hold over your currently active call.
If you need additional assistance please refer to the One Talk Resources Support page.
