When you have Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*, you can get a Walmart+ Membership subscription through Verizon for $10/month.* A $12.95/month value.

One Walmart+ Membership perk is available per eligible line. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

The Walmart+ Membership perk is available through Verizon when you have Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*.

• When you’re adding perks, you won’t be able to view or add any perks that your line’s phone plan isn’t eligible for.

Yes. When you enroll in the $10/month perk using the same email address used for the original membership, the original membership is canceled. You lose any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with the original subscription.

Some benefits in the Walmart+ membership are only available through the Walmart app.

When you add the Walmart+ Membership perk to your Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome* mobile plan line:

• Billing and access starts when the eligible plan line is active and you enroll in the perk.
• The $10/month charge appears on your monthly mobile account bill.

The perk renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel your perk subscription anytime in My Verizon.

If you cancel yourWalmart+ Membership perk, you can use the subscription until the end of the perk subscription period. The $10 charge for that month isn’t refunded or prorated.

Here’s what happens if you change your eligible unlimited plan*. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan (i.e., Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Welcome or Unlimited Plus ) to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying Verizon plan, then your perk will cancel.

You can change or cancel anytime through My Verizon.

If you cancel Verizon service your perk is canceled. The $10 perk charge isn’t refunded. You can use each perk until the end of the subscription period, then the perk cancels. Re-enroll anytime.

If the line that has the perk is suspended at the end of the bill cycle, the perk(s) doesn’t renew and you aren’t billed for it.

If the line is suspended during the bill cycle the $10 monthly charge isn’t refunded. You can use the perk until the end of that subscription period.
