Note: Wireless Home Phone includes calling to any U.S. number.
*Eligibility to port your home number varies. Service is not equivalent to landline phone service and not compatible with any home security systems. Customers must provide their own home phone equipment.

Wireless Home Phone 2 is designed to operate anywhere within our coverage area and should provide coverage at your location that's consistent with your current Verizon mobile device experience.
While the Verizon mobile coverage map indicates expected coverage, you'll need to assess whether the actual coverage at your location is acceptable to you.
The coverage areas shown doesn't guarantee service availability and may include locations with limited or no coverage. Even within a coverage area, many factors, including your equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather, may impact service. Some coverage areas include networks run by other carriers. The coverage depicted for these areas is based on the carriers' information and public sources, so we can't ensure its accuracy.
What are the benefits of Wireless Home Phone LVP2?
Can I add another line for Wireless Home Phone LVP2 if I already have 5 lines on my account?
Yes, you can. After 6 months with good payment history, you may be eligible for up to 9 lines without a deposit. You can add a line to a qualified existing share plan or add a new single line with unlimited minutes.

Yes Wireless Home Phone 2 is compatible with Group3 FAX machines.
Does Wireless Home Phone LVP2 work during a power outage?
Yes, the Wireless Home Phone LVP2 device has a battery so you can continue to have service during a power outage and can make 911 calls. However, if the landline phone to which the Wireless Home Phone is connected requires external electric power to operate, Service (including the ability to make and receive 911 calls) will not be available during a power outage.
Can I call 911 with Wireless Home Phone LVP2?
You must enter the US address where you want emergency services to be sent if you call 911, before voice service can be activated on your Wireless Home Phone. It is very important that you update your 911 address whenever you change your location on your Wireless Home Phone LVP2, since this is the location that will be given to the 911 operator.
Can I make international calls with Wireless Home Phone LVP2?
Yes, you can make international calls with Wireless Home Phone 2. To do this, you'll need the International Long Distance feature on your account. To add this feature, visit our International Travel Plans page. Alternatively, you may use an international calling card which will use airtime minutes.
How do I transfer my current home phone number to Wireless Home Phone LVP2?
You'll need to complete the process for the number you want to transfer. Refer to our Port Your Number to Verizon FAQs for details.
Is Wireless Home Phone LVP2 compatible with any other devices that connect to a phone line?
Our current model of Wireless Home Phone is compatible with Group 3 FAX machines. Wireless Home Phone is not compatible with home security systems, DVR services, credit card machines or medical alert services (e.g., Life Alert).
Can Wireless Home Phone LVP2 work with TTY (hearing-impaired) devices?
