You get $15/month in credit to redeem in +play, for just $10/month with Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*. You can get the +play Monthly Credit perk for each phone line with an eligible phone plan. The +play Monthly Credit will auto-renew monthly from the date it was added until canceled by the Verizon account's Account Owners or Account Manager.

Here’s how it works:

• The monthly credit is automatically applied to the first available eligible subscription charge that’s due in your +play account.
• Any remaining balance is applied toward the next subscription that’s due, until no balance remains. Or, if unused, the credit expires one month from the date it was added. Credit doesn’t carry over to the next monthly billing cycle.

One +play Monthly Credit perk is available per eligible line. If other lines on your account also have the +play Monthly Credit perk, those credits accumulate at the account level. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

*If you have Welcome Unlimited you can also add perks to that plan. However, Welcome Unlimited is no longer available to add to your account.

Here's how billing works when you add the +play Monthly Credit perk (a $15/month value) to your Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome* mobile plan line.

1. On the perk enrollment date, we apply a $15 credit to your +play account for each +play Monthly Credit. After that, the credit is deposited to your account once a month.
   • If other lines on your account also have the +play Monthly Credit perk, those credits accumulate at the +play account level.
2. The monthly credit is automatically applied to the first available eligible charge that's due in the +play account. No action on your part is needed.
3. Any remaining balance is applied toward each successively due subscription until no balance remains. Or, if unused, credit expires one month from the date it was added. Credit doesn't carry over to the next monthly billing cycle.

You can view your+play monthly credit balance in the +play Billing section. To view, sign in to +play. Choose Account then choose the +play tab. Choose Payments > Billing.

Yes. At this time, +play Monthly Credits can't be used to pay for monthly subscription services that are charged to your Verizon monthly bill: Apple One, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Discovery+, Disney+, Disney Bundle, Google Play Pass, Netflix® & Max (with Ads) perk, Walmart+, Xbox All Access and YouTube TV.

The +play Monthly Credit cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional offers.

Here's what happens if you cancel your +play Monthly Credit perk. Your existing subscriptions through +play continue at the then current market rate and are charged on the payment method on file with +play.

The $10 charge for that month isn’t refunded or prorated. The $15+play Monthly Credit for that month remains in your account until its expiration date.

Here's what happens if you change your eligible unlimited plan*. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan (i.e., Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Welcome or Unlimited Plus ) to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying Verizon plan, or change to a non-qualifying plan, then going forward you'll no longer get the +play Monthly Credit perk. Unused monthly credits expire one month from the date the credit was added. You can change or cancel your perk anytime in My Verizon.

If you cancel or suspend Verizon service during the billing cycle you will still have access to your most recent +play Monthly Credit. The monthly credit expires one month from the date it was added. The $10/month charge is not prorated.
