Streamlined Billing for Business FAQs

  1. What is streamlined billing?

    Streamlined billing is when you receive a simplified version of your bill to reduce paper use. Your streamlined bill has the same information as a detailed bill, except the call details for each mobile number won't be included. You can access your call details online anytime you need them.

    Your business account will automatically be set to receive a streamlined bill, unless you request detailed bills.

  2. Can I receive detailed billing for my business?

    Yes, you can receive a detailed bill by enabling it for individual mobile numbers. You can also access your call details online at anytime.

    To request detailed bills for a line through My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center:

    1. Go to the page for managing your lines in your online account:

      • My Business Account - Click View all lines.
      • Verizon Enterprise Center - Click Manage Wireless Lines & Accounts.

    2. Click Add / Remove Features in the Action dropdown associated with the mobile number.

    3. Click Continue or the red and white arrow button.

    4. Under Additional Features, check the box next to Detailed Billing.

    5. If you're using Verizon Enterprise Center, also uncheck the box next to Streamlined Billing.

    6. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.

    You've successfully requested a detailed bill for that line of your account. Repeat these steps for each line you'd like to receive a detailed bill for.

  3. Will I still have access to call details once my company switches to streamlined billing?

    Yes, call details are available in multiple locations through My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center:

    • Mobile Number Usage Detail pages
    • Call Detail Report
    • Memo Bill Report
    • Raw Data Download
  4. Is my company required to switch to streamlined billing?

    No, your company isn't required to switch to streamlined billing. If you want to continue having call details printed on your invoice, you can enable it for individual mobile numbers through My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center.

  5. Is there a fee if my business uses streamlined billing or detailed billing?

    There's no fee if your company uses streamlined billing.

    If you choose to receive detailed billing:

    • My Business Account - You won't incur a fee for detailed billing.
    • Verizon Enterprise Center - There's a fee to receive detailed billing. Details about this fee can be seen in your online account:
    1. Click Manage Wireless Lines & Accounts.
    2. Click Add / Remove Features in the Action dropdown associated with the mobile number
    3. Click the red and white arrow button.

      The information about fees for detailed billing will be listed under Additional Features.
