Verizon Up is our new Verizon Wireless rewards program, providing you the opportunity to earn rewards and receive special offers. Experiences you won't stop talking about. Rewards you really, really want.

General Information and Membership
  1. Verizon Up is our new Verizon Wireless rewards program, providing you the opportunity to earn rewards and receive special offers. Experiences you won't stop talking about. Rewards you really, really want.

    Sign up and manage your rewards in the My Verizon app. There's no fee to join.  

  2. It's easy to enroll in Verizon Up:

    Just open the My Verizon app, tap the 3-line navigation menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen, tap Verizon Up and follow the prompts.

    Note: Business and prepaid accounts aren't eligible for Verizon Up at this time.

  3. You earn credits just by paying your monthly bills, and you can use these credits for a variety of rewards.

    Once you join Verizon Up, you'll earn one credit for every $300 you spend on Verizon Wireless products and services on your monthly bills (before fees and taxes). This amount will add up over time through your successive monthly bills.

    After earning a credit*, you can select a reward. Only 1 credit is required to claim a reward.

    *Credits expire 60 days after being added to your account.

  4. Verizon Up has 3 types of primary rewards.

    Earned Rewards:

    Our most common rewards. You can claim 1 reward for 1 Verizon Up credit. Every month, choose from 6 new reward options. Earned Rewards could include Device Dollars toward your next device purchase, discounts on an accessory, or partner rewards.

    Unexpected Rewards:

    Every once in a while, we may show you rewards on special occasions (e.g. anniversary of your being a Verizon Wireless customer, etc.) or simply to thank you for choosing Verizon Wireless. These rewards are our gifts to you and don't require any credits. Just enjoy them.

    Super Tickets:

    Get exclusive access to prime sporting events, shows, concerts, live experiences and more. You'll see a ticket availability countdown in the lower section of the Choose tab of Verizon Up.

    Once the countdown reaches zero, you can claim the tickets just like other rewards. They're available on a first-come, first-served basis, so get yours before they're gone.

    Super Tickets are available while supplies last. Additional terms and conditions may apply. You are responsible for any taxes that may be due as a result of receiving a Super Ticket.

  5. Choose and manage your Verizon Up rewards in the My Verizon app.

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the 3-line navigation icon in the upper left corner of your device.
    3. Tap Verizon Up.

    Don't have the My Verizon app yet? Download it today:

  6. Verizon Up credits expire after 60 days, and every reward has an expiration date.

    Read the reward details carefully so you know what it is.

Earning Credits
  1. Once you join Verizon Up, you'll earn one credit for every $300 you spend on Verizon Wireless products and services on your monthly bills (before fees and taxes).

    This includes devices, accessories and other Verizon purchases, if they're charged to your account. Our Bill to Account FAQs have more information on which purchases qualify.

  2. You start building towards Verizon Up credits with the first bill you pay after enrolling. If you don't reach $300 in one monthly bill cycle, the amount accumulates month by month until you reach the $300 threshold for 1 credit.

    • Earned credits expire 60 days after they are added to your account.
    • You can have up to 10 credits in your Verizon Up account at any given time.
    • If you have 10 credits saved, you'll stop earning credits until you use at least one of them.

  3. Track your Verizon Up credits in the My Verizon app.

    1. Tap the 3-line navigation menu icon in the top left of the My Verizon app.
    2. Select the Verizon Up tab in the navigation menu of the new My Verizon app.
    3. Tap Track to see your total number of credits associated with each bill payment.
    4. Tap Use now to use a credit (takes you to the Choose screen).
    5. Tap Use to see and manage claimed rewards.

  4. Earned credits update within 72 hours of bill payment.

Choosing Rewards
  1. Earned Reward options change on the first day of each month.

    1. Tap the reward card from the Choose screen.
    2. Read the details of the reward.
    3. If you want it, tap Claim this.
    4. Confirm the reward you want.

    The reward will now show in your Use screen.

  2. Go to the Use tab in Verizon Up and select the claimed reward you'd like to use. You decide when you want to use the reward.

    Tap the reward card from the Use screen to find the redemption instructions for that reward.

  3. All Account roles can claim and use Unexpected Rewards.

    Only Account Owners or Account Managers can claim and use Earned Rewards or Super Tickets.

  4. You may see a lock on one or more rewards if you're an Account Member. Account Members can view available rewards, but only Account Managers or Account Owners can claim or use Earned Rewards or Super Tickets.

  5. No, credits and rewards are specific to each account and/or line.

  6. Earned Rewards refresh on the first of every month, and may change more frequently based on availability. Unexpected Rewards may change daily. Make sure to claim your rewards as soon as you find something you like. Quantities may be limited.

  7. You don't have to. Rewards are tailored to each account, and may be different from the ones for your friends and family.

    The more you use the program, the more we'll learn about your reward preferences.

  8. Credits expire after 60 days. Once you earn a credit, you have 60 days to choose your reward.

  9. You might not have enough credits available on your account, or you're an Account Member and don't have the ability to claim rewards.

    Only Account Managers or Account Owners can claim or use Earned Rewards or Super Tickets.

  10. No, Verizon Up rewards can only be claimed through the My Verizon app, by Account Owners and Account Managers.

Using Rewards
  1. It might be because of your account role. Only Account Owners and Account Managers can access all reward details from the Use tab.

    Account Members can only access their own Unexpected Rewards.

  2. If the Use now button is inactive, then the reward has already been used or you have Account Member status. Only Account Owners and Account Managers can use a reward.

  3. You can't. For some rewards, you may still be able to view the reward details, such as the expiration date, or how to use instructions. Just tap the card to view them.

  4. It might be because of your Account role. Only Account Owners and Account Managers can see codes to use a reward.

  5. No. Once a reward is claimed, it can't be returned or exchanged.

  6. Contact Verizon Wireless Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 if a data reward wasn't added to your account.

Super Tickets
  1. At the bottom of the Choose tab, you’ll see a countdown for Super Tickets showing when those tickets will be available to be claimed.

    Once Super Tickets are available, use a credit to claim them like any other reward at the top of the Choose tab.

    There's a limited number of Super Tickets, which are claimed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  2. Your Super Tickets information will be in Use tab of the My Verizon app. We'll also email you 2-3 business days after the Super Ticket has been claimed.

  3. Because there's a limited number of Super Tickets, and they're claimed on a first-come, first-serve basis, they may be gone by the time you finish the process. If you successfully claimed a Super Ticket, it will be in your Use tab.

  4. No, we may cancel your Verizon Up membership if resale is suspected.

  5. Please call Verizon Up customer service at (866) 895-5579.

Device Dollars
  1. Device Dollars are rewards that can be accumulated over time and used when upgrading your device. Each Device Dollar reward is good for 24 months from the time of credit redemption. However, once you've received the redemption instructions (promo code) / tapped on the card on the Use screen, you have 30 days to make your purchase.

    Device Dollars are stackable, so the more rewards you bank, the greater discount you'll receive.

  2. When you're upgrading or purchasing a new device and want to use your Device Dollars, tap Use now on the Device Dollars card to get a promo code / bar code for the combined amount.

    Copy the promo code and paste it on the online shopping page or show the bar code at a Verizon Wireless store within 30 days, or you'll lose the reward.

    Device Dollar rewards must be applied at time of purchase.

    Device Dollars are also available for redemption in select Verizon Authorized Retailer locations. Redemption within Verizon Authorized Retailer locations is applied as a credit to the customer's account within 1-2 bill cycles.

  3. Each Device Dollar reward expires after 24 months. Once you've received the promo code / bar code, you'll have 30 days to buy your next smartphone.

  4. It might be because of your account role. You must be an Account Owner or Account Manager in order to view Device Upgrade Dollar rewards.

Additional Questions
  1. Verizon Selects helps personalize your experiences and make advertising you see more useful across the devices and services you use. To do this, the program uses information about your web browsing, app usage, device location, use of Verizon services and other information about you (such as your postal/email addresses, demographics, and interests) and shares information with Oath (formed by the combination of AOL and Yahoo). Verizon Selects also helps personalize the rewards you see in Up.

    Verizon protects your information and does not share information that identifies you personally outside of Verizon other than with vendors and partners who work for us.

    Participation in Verizon Selects is required to enroll in Verizon Up. However, once enrolled in Verizon Up, you have the option to opt out of Verizon Selects. This will not affect your Verizon Up enrollment.
