I am currently 3.3 gb over on my plan (I use the 4g wifi unit). I cannot find what Verizon charges for overage. Can anyone answer this for me? I just need to know what Verizon charges for going over on a data plan. I am 3.3 gb over. Thanks
When my data is close to going over, I have been prompted that I purchase additional Gigs at $15 each or $20 for 5 gigs. If I do nothing and let the overage occur, is the cost $15/gig until my monthly data reset date? Or is there an additional charge? Thanks.
Im close to going over my data, and am currently on the 3GB $60 plan. That no longer exists and I have the option to upgrade to the new 4GB plan (same price). I HAVE ALREADY PAID THIS MONTH, but have 4 days left till reset. If I upgrade and choose the back-date option, will my current payment status transfer...
I would like to know why, for the past 4 days, one of the phones on our plan suddenly shows data charges occurring at 1:13am, 7:13am, 1:13pm and 7:13pm. Every day, same times, different data amounts. The user of this phone knows of no reason this should be happening.
I recently switched from Verizon after over 10 years (had this line since high school). I've been gone less than a month. I didn't know about the More Everything Plan and the Discounts you get with Edge when I made the switch. Looking at what is now a much cheaper service with more stuff than I was getting,...

Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if I can pay a bill for a specific month 2-3 different times before my due date? Like if the bill is $100 can I pay $50 this week then $50 next week? Thanks! It would really be a big help!
I have four lines on our plan, one of which belongs to our now-adult son. If he drops off of my plan early but creates his own account with his existing number with Verizon, will there be an early termination fee?
