Verizon Cloud Referral Program Terms and Conditions & FAQs

You get $10.00 off your Verizon bill for every contact (limited to 10 every 12 months) you refer when they begin a new, paid subscription for any of these Verizon Cloud plans:

• Unlimited
• 2 TB
• 600 GB

Your referred contact will get a 30-day trial – on us. After the trial, they will be billed monthly at the applicable monthly charge, and you'll get a $10 credit on your Verizon bill.

• Your contact must have a postpaid Verizon wireless mobile plan.
• Prepaid mobile accounts are not eligible right now.
• Your contact must not have already had a free trial to Verizon Cloud.

Any existing Verizon Cloud customer on a paid mobile plan in good standing can participate* (only using your Verizon Cloud app).

If Verizon Cloud is included on your mobile or home internet plan, you are not eligible to participate in the Verizon Cloud Referral Program.

1. Go to the Verizon Cloud App.
2. Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper left).
3. Tap Refer a Friend.
4. Check out the program information.
5. Tap Invite a Friend.
6. Grant access to your contacts (if needed).
7. Choose only one contact at a time from your contact list.
8. Review the SMS message. To make edits:
   1. Tap Edit.
   2. Make edits.
   3. Tap Save.
   4. Tap Continue.
9. If no edits needed, tap Continue.
10. Tap Send.
11. Your selected contact will get that message from you with a referral link they'll use to enroll.
12. Only that contact can use the link to enroll in a Verizon Cloud plan.

Only one referrer can receive a credit for the same contact.

Your $10 bonus per contact will be applied as a credit to your Verizon service bill in 1-2 bill cycles after your contact becomes a paying Verizon Cloud user.

Bonuses for multiple successful referrals in the same bill cycle will be applied to your bill as one combined credit. If your credit amount exceeds your Verizon bill monthly charge, the excess credit will be applied in the next bill cycle.

You can earn up to 10 referral bonuses (totaling $100) in a 12-month period.

Also, to get your bonus you must:

• Be on a paid Verizon Cloud plan in good standing.
• Keep the same mobile phone number. Bonuses will not roll over to a new one.

Make sure that they use the link you send. It's the only way to get your bonus. Their SMS link is unique and cannot be shared with anyone else.

As many as you like, but your bonus is limited to 10 referrals in a 12-month period.

Not right now.

You can only get a bonus for contacts who sign up for a new paid Verizon Cloud plan.

They must also use the unique link in the SMS message you sent them.

You'll get a Verizon Cloud app message when they sign up.

Once they begin a paid subscription after their free trial period, you'll receive a $10 credit on your bill, which should appear in 1-2 bill cycles.

If they cancel their Verizon Cloud account trial before the 30-day trial ends, or choose not to become a paid Verizon Cloud user, you will not get a bonus.

You must be an active paid Verizon Cloud customer in good standing to get a bonus.

If you cancel your Verizon mobile service or leave Verizon Cloud before all of your bonuses are applied to your Verizon bill, you will not get any more bonuses.

You must also keep the same mobile phone number. Bonuses will not roll over to a new one.

Double check their contact information and resend the SMS.

Several things might have happened:

• Your contact may not have used the link in the SMS message you sent. You won't be notified if they don't use the link to sign up for the free Verizon Cloud trial.
• Make sure you have sent a unique SMS message to each of your contacts. Their SMS link is unique and cannot be shared with anyone else.
• Your contact's link might have expired. It’s only good for 14 days.
• It can take 1-2 business cycles for the bonus credit to appear. It may show on your next bill.
