    Still missing content?

If you find you're still missing content, you can try:

    1. The Content Transfer app

To transfer your content using the Content Transfer app:

      1. Download the Verizon Content Transfer app to your old phone from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

      2. Activate your new phone and download the Content Transfer app.

      3. Open the Verizon Content Transfer app on both phones, place your old and new phones side-by-side and follow the prompts to transfer your content to your new device. They don't need to be physically connected.

Note: When using the Content Transfer app to move messages to an Android® phone, a pop-up screen asks if you want to change your default text messaging app. You must tap Yes to avoid losing your text messages. You can change your default messaging app after the content transfer is complete.

You've successfully transferred your content to your new phone.
