One Unlimited for iPhone is a monthly mobile phone plan from Verizon that includes Apple One at no extra cost.

This plan is no longer available to add to accounts. If you already have this plan, you can add it to other lines on your account.

Apple One bundles together Apple Music®, Apple TV+,® Apple Arcade®, and iCloud+℠ with up to 200 GB of storage.* You get Apple One included, for as long as you stay on One Unlimited for iPhone. Plus, it's all ad-free.

Apple One is available as an individual or family subscription. If your account has:

• 1 line, you get an Apple One individual subscription ($19.95/month value).
• 2 or more phone lines, you get an Apple One family subscription, so up to 5 other users can share through Apple Family Sharing ($25.95/month value).

Important:

• To be eligible for the One Unlimited for iPhone plan, all phone lines on your account must be on the plan.
• To activate Apple One with Verizon, you must have an iTunes®/Apple Media Services account and an iPhone with iOS 14.7 or later on your account.
• iOS isn't required for every phone on your Verizon account. You can get this plan with basic phones, iOS phones and/or Android™ devices on your account.

*Apple One individual subscription comes with 50 GB/month iCloud+. Apple One family subscription comes with 200 GB/month iCloud+.

The cost of One Unlimited for iPhone depends on how many mobile phone lines you have and if you  sign up for the $10/month Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount.* Apple One is included at no extra cost.**

Here's what's required to get One Unlimited for iPhone.

Devices:

• You can have basic phones, iOS phones and/or Android devices on the account.
• To activate Apple One, you must have an iTunes/Apple Media Services account and iPhone with iOS 14.7 or later device on your account.
• You can use a 4G device with this plan. However, you need a 5G-capable device to access our 5G networks.

Plans:

• When you switch to One Unlimited for iPhone, all other phone lines on your account must also switch to One Unlimited for iPhone.
• Your account can have plans for your connected devices (e.g., tablets, Mobile Hotspot devices, watches, etc.) and wireless home Internet plans.

Note: Business and prepaid accounts aren't eligible for this plan.

Yes, you can keep your bill credit when you change to One Unlimited for iPhone.

Yes. However, to activate Apple One through One Unlimited for iPhone, you must have an iTunes/Apple Media Services account and an iPhone with iOS 14.7 or later on your account.

After activation, you can download Apple Music through the Google Play™ Store and use it on eligible Android devices.

Other ways to access Apple One services include:

• Access Apple Arcade, or Apple TV+, from a web browser, another iOS device (e.g., iPad®) or smart TV app.
• Use Apple One services on an iPad.

None. One Unlimited for iPhone can't be mixed and matched with other Unlimited plans. When you have One Unlimited for iPhone, any other phones on your account each must also have this plan.

If you already have this plan, you can add more lines with this plan to your account.

To activate Apple One you must have an iTunes/Apple Media Services account and an iPhone with iOS 14.7 or later on your account.

Here's how to get your Apple One subscription after you get One Unlimited for iPhone:

1. Visit your Manage plan page in My Verizon.
2. Choose a phone line that shows Apple One under "Plan perks."
3. Click or tap Get started. We'll send you an activation code to use with an iPhone.
   • If the iPhone you're using isn't on iOS 14.7 or later, you'll get an update prompt.
4. Follow the prompts and accept the Terms and Conditions. Then choose Enroll in Apple One. This starts your subscription.
5. Check your device for a text message we send and respond to finish your enrollment.

Your Verizon mobile account can have only one Apple One subscription.

Note: You can add Apple One to each line that has Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome*. You can switch to these plans anytime in My Verizon. All One Unlimited lines on your account must switch to these plans.

Here's what happens if you have an Apple One subscription from Apple, then enroll in Apple One through Verizon.

If you have an Apple One individual subscription through Apple then sign up for an Apple One individual or family subscription through Verizon:

• The subscription through Apple automatically suspends.
• If you cancel your new Apple One subscription through Verizon, the suspended subscription resumes.

If you have an Apple One family subscription through Apple:

• Then sign up for an Apple One individual subscription through Verizon - The subscription through Apple runs in parallel to the subscription through Verizon.
• Then sign up for an Apple One family subscription through Verizon - The subscription through Apple automatically suspends. If you cancel your new Apple One subscription through Verizon, the suspended subscription from Apple will resume.

If you have an Apple One premier subscription through Apple, then sign up for an Apple One individual or family subscription through Verizon - The paid subscription through Apple runs at the same time as the subscription through Verizon.

Note: To cancel a paid subscription to Apple One through Apple, you must cancel with Apple.

Any Apple Music, Apple TV+ and/or Apple Arcade subscription through Apple is automatically suspended when you enroll in Apple One through Verizon.

If at any time you cancel your new Apple One subscription through Verizon, the suspended Apple subscription(s) will resume.

Note: To cancel a paid subscription through Apple, you must cancel with Apple.

What happens to your existing iCloud account depends on how much storage you have. When you enroll in Apple One with Verizon's One Unlimited plan you get:

• 50 GB/month iCloud+ storage (individual subscription)
• 200 GB/month shared storage (family subscription)

If your iCloud+ storage amount through Apple is less than or equal to the amount you get when you enroll in Apple One through Verizon, then your iCloud+ storage through Apple is canceled.

If your Apple ID is the same for both Apple One subscriptions, your backed-up data will automatically transfer to your remaining iCloud+ account when  canceled.

If your existing iCloud+ storage amount is more than the amount you get when you enroll in Apple One through Verizon, then your iCloud+ storage amount through Apple is combined with the amount you get with Apple One through Verizon.

Note: If you have Apple One through Verizon, you can buy more iCloud storage directly through Apple if needed.

You may already have a promotional, paid or included Apple Music or Apple Arcade subscription through Verizon. When you get One Unlimited for iPhone and enroll in Apple One, we automatically cancel any previous Apple Music and/or Apple Arcade subscription.

You may already have a promotional, paid or included Disney+, the Disney Bundle (i.e., Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), discovery+ and/or Google Play Pass subscriptions.

If you change your mobile plan to One Unlimited for iPhone then:

• If the subscription is a promotion - The promotional subscription continues until the end of the promotional period. The subscription then becomes a paid subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time through Verizon.
• If the subscription is included - The subscription becomes a paid subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time through Verizon.

With One Unlimited for iPhone, you get one Apple One subscription per account. If you have:

• 1 phone on your account, you get an individual subscription.
• More than 1 phone line on your account, you get a family subscription that has Apple One logins for up to 5 other users (6 total logins).

The family subscription can be shared with up to 5 other people through Apple Family Sharing.

You may have enrolled in the Apple One individual subscription through Verizon with your One Unlimited for iPhone plan. If you later add another phone line to your account:

• The added line(s) must also have the One Unlimited for iPhone plan.
• You must cancel the Apple One individual subscription to be able to enroll in the Apple One family subscription (for 2+ phone lines). Visit your Services & Perks in My Verizon to cancel the individual subscription and enroll in the family subscription.

You may have enrolled in the Apple One family subscription through Verizon with your One Unlimited for iPhone plan because you had 2 or more lines on your account.

If you later have only 1 phone line on your account, the Apple One family subscription automatically cancels. You can re-subscribe to an individual subscription. Visit your Services & Perks in My Verizon to resubscribe.

Here's what happens to your One Unlimited for iPhone Apple One subscription if you:

• Cancel your Verizon mobile service - Your Apple One subscription through Verizon ends immediately. If you had an Apple One subscription before you got One Unlimited for iPhone, your prior Apple One subscription may automatically resume. Or, you can resubscribe through Apple.
• Change to Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome - You'll be asked if you want to choose the Apple One $10/month perk. If you don’t, your Apple One subscription is canceled. Learn what happens when you switch to plans that are eligible for the Apple One $10/month perk.
