  1. What is Kickbit?

    Kickbit is a free app that lets you earn mobile data on your Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plan. You can earn extra data with Kickbit by completing tasks like:

    • Watching videos
    • Taking surveys
    • Testing free trials
    • Shopping for goods and services

    You can then transfer your earned data to your Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plan.

  2. Does Kickbit work on tablets?

    No, Kickbit is only supported on Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plans at this time.

  3. How do I set up a Kickbit account?

    To set up a Kickbit account:

    1. Download the Kickbit app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
    2. Follow the onscreen prompts on the app to create a Kickbit account.

    You've successfully set up a Kickbit account.

  4. How do I add and verify my device for Kickbit?

    Once you've created a Kickbit account, you'll need to verify your device using the Kickbit app.

    To verify your device within the Kickbit app:

    1. Add the mobile number of your device to your account.
    2. Tap Verify to confirm that you're the owner of the device that's attached to that mobile number.
    3. You'll get a text message with a personal code. Enter the code into the Kickbit app.

  5. How do I earn data with Kickbit?

    Tap Earn Data on the Kickbit app dashboard to view and complete offers to earn data.

    Some examples of offers are:

    • Filling out surveys
    • Trying new services
    • Shopping online

    When you're connected to Wi-Fi, additional offers will be available, like trying new apps and watching videos.

  6. How long does it take for data to be applied to my Kickbit account?

    It can take 10 minutes to 24 hours for the mobile data reward to be applied to your Kickbit account, depending on the offer, sponsor or advertiser. You can always check your rewards by tapping Activity from the Kickbit app dashboard screen.

    Once you get your reward, it's stored in your Kickbit account, and you can use it when you need more mobile data.

    Note: You can only complete a specific offer once.

  7. How do I transfer earned Kickbit data to my Verizon prepaid smartphone plan?

    To transfer data from your Kickbit account to your Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plan:

    1. From the Kickbit app dashboard, tap Transfer Data.
    2. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
    3. Tap Transfer.

    Transferring your earned data simply means that you're moving your earned data from your Kickbit account to your Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plan.

    Unused transferred data will expire at the end of the bill cycle.

  8. Which devices can use Kickbit?

    Kickbit can be used with any Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone that's active on a monthly prepaid smartphone plan.

  10. I forgot my Kickbit password, how do I reset it?

    You can reset your password with the Kickbit app, from a mobile browser or desktop browser.

    1. From the Sign In screen, click or tap Forgot your password?
    2. Enter the email address used to create your account, and Kickbit will email you a temporary password.
    3. Enter this temporary password in the app, and then enter a new password of your choosing.

  11. I have a new (or pre-owned) Verizon prepaid smartphone. How do I add this device to my Kickbit account?

    To add a new device to your Kickbit account:

    1. From the Kickbit app dashboard, tap on the Gear icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
    2. Go to Manage devices.
    3. Tap Add new device and follow the onscreen instructions.

    You've successfully added a new device to your Kickbit account.

    Don't forget to remove your old device if you're not planning on using it anymore. Simply select the device you want to remove, and tap Remove device.

  12. How do I remove a device from my Kickbit account?

    To remove a device from your Kickbit account:

    1. From the Kickbit app dashboard, tap on the Gear icon in the upper left corner of the screen.

    4. Tap Remove device and follow the onscreen instructions.

  13. How do I cancel my Kickbit account?

    If you cancel your account, any data you have in your Kickbit account will be transferred to your data plan, if you're on a supported data plan at the time of cancellation.

    To complete the cancellation process, contact Kickbit with your email address and mobile number to cancel your account.

  15. How much data can I redeem on Kickbit each month? When can I redeem it, and when can I use it?

    You can transfer up to 1 GB of data per month from your Kickbit account to your Verizon Wireless prepaid smartphone plan. You can transfer data from your Kickbit account when you have an active service plan, and that data can be used during the service plan in which it was transferred.

    If you don't have an active prepaid smartphone plan (service has not been renewed), you won't be able to use transferred data or transfer any new data. Any transferred data that you don't use will be lost at the end of the plan period in which it was transferred.
