Remove Content Filtering - Verizon Smart Family™ - Website

Note To perform the steps below, content filters must be set up.

  1. From a computer visit Manage Verizon Smart Family.
    Line note If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® or Apple® iOS instructions.
  2. From the list of devices (at the top), ensure the appropriate mobile number (that filtering should be removed from) is selected.
  3. From the left menu, click Content filters to expand.
  4. Click Unpair this device.
    Line note If not available, ensure Pair phone is selected from the left menu.
  5. Click Save.
