Verizon Smart Family™ - Website - Remove Content Filtering

Note To perform the steps below, content filters must be set up.

  1. From a web browser, sign into My Verizon.
    Line note If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® or Apple® iOS instructions.
  2. From the My Verizon home screen, navigate: Plan > My Plan & Services > Manage Verizon Smart Family.
  3. From the list of devices (at the top), select the mobile number filtering should be removed from.
  4. From the left menu, click Content filters to expand.
  5. Click Unpair this device.
    Line note If not available, ensure 'Pair phone' is selected from the left menu.
  6. Click Save.
