Locate a Family Member - Smartphone / Blackberry®

Caution Effective 5/13/19, Family Locator will be discontinued and transitioned to Verizon Smart Family™. Refer to these FAQs for more info.

  1. From the device browser, navigate to the Verizon Family Locator website.
  2. Enter the cell phone number and password then select Sign In.
  3. Select the family member.
  4. Select Locate.
    Note If 'Unavailable' is displayed next to the number being located, tap the button then tap 'OK' or 'Try again in 5 minutes' to attempt to locate the device.
  5. The location is displayed.
